Blockbuster bouts tomorrow as the UFC 100 sets into action. Centennial countdown from the 100 best fights of its history. Been craving to see the championship and premiere bouts of Frank Mir vs Brock Lesnar, George St. Pierre vs Thiago Alves and Dan Henderson vs Michael Bisping.

Tuning in our cable channel Balls for a week now showcasing the highlights of UFC from the legendary Royce Gracie, the Magnificent Muay Thai clinch of Anderson “Spider” Silva and the farm boy carry of Matt Hughes. Five days of pure clashing of MMA skills from the center stage of UFC.

Can’t wait to see the 100th UFC event. Been craving for a clash since June of this year. Prediction.Prediction.Predictions from UFC 100’s official website and from my cousins. My predictions for the three blockbuster brawl:

1)Brock Lesnar will win via knockout. I think he learned a lesson from the upset against Frank Mir’s excellent Jiu Jitsu with his leg lock that forced Lesnar to tap-out.

2)George St.Pierre will win via TKO or submission against Thiago “Pitbull” Alves. GSP’s versatility

3)Dan Henderson will win via decision against Michael Bisping. The two coaches in Ultimate Fighter 9 will collide in a clash and I think Henderson will emerge victorious.

Those are just predictions from my cousins and me. I didn’t measure their statistics and these predictions might turn out reversely and up-side down.

Watching the world in awe with the results of the American Idol Season 8 made me jump out of the bed while watching Kris Allen being crowned as the new American Idol. Outshining the true-born rocker from Los Angeles, CA with his punk-goth look with all the black nail polish and of course the remarkable voice, Adam Lambert who was pictured as the winner.

The dark horse with remarkable look, vocals and use of instruments that led him from Conway, AR to the Idol Stage and to be coined as the new American Idol.

It was a twist of fate. I was expecting from my bed while watching all the stunning performances that was enjoyed by the Top 13 contestants and viewers. The awesome flood of acts made me forget about the final results. I really loved Kris Allen singing with Keith Urban on “Kiss a Girl,” as he showed his instrumental skills with his cool voice. I also enjoyed the performance of Jason Mraz with the Top 13 singing “I’m Yours”.

When the results were in, I was increasing the volume constantly to hear the screams and the voice of Ryan Seacrest as he crowned the new Idol. I jumped out of the bed when I heard it was Kris Allen, *who is my bet*, and laughed as I saw the stunned faces of the Top 13 and people inside the theatre.

The underdog indeed bloomed and outshined the Rock Star ego of Adam Lambert. Everything was cool and I think no one lost that night as the two artists showed their vocal brilliance in the American Idol
stage and to the whole world. Kudos! To the Idols!
